Pineapple Serrano Margaritas

Ingredients

  • 4 oz fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 4 oz silver tequila
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz agave nectar or simple syrup
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • Crushed Ice
  • Chamoy for the rim of the glasses
  • Chile Limon, Tajin for glasses
  • 4 oz lime wedges

Instructions

  • Dip the rim of two glasses in the chamoy sauce until evenly coated. Then dip into the chile limon seasoning. Fill glasses with ice.
  • To the bottom of a cocktail shaker, add fresh pineapple and 2-3 thin slices of serrano pepper. Muddle the pineapple and serrano peppers. Pour in the tequila lime juice, agave nectar, pineapple juice and more crushed ice. Secure the lid and shake vigorously. Pour into prepared glasses. Garnish with more pineapple, lime slice and thin serrano slice.
