La Piña en La Cocina was created to help foodies, who love authentic Mexican dishes, recreate them at home in there own kitchens. Those simple dishes prepared all our lives by Mama, abuela, tias and even dad. Food is the common ground that connects us all. With it’s authentic flavors, Mexican food, can transport us to a different place in time with one single bite! 

 

This blog is dedicated to my parents and how there love and passion of Mexican food lives on through me. And there legacy lives on through the wonderful friends and followers of this blog who daily prepare my recipes that were inspired by my parents. My strong passion for teaching is evident as you read through page after page of easy to follow recipes. 

 

I am passionate about the ingredients I use as much as I am about cooking them. The blog has a faithful following and my followers trust the information and recipes that I share with them. For this reason is why I am selective on what brands I work with and collaborate with.
