Ingredients
1tbspinstant coffeenescafe
1tbspsugar
1tbsphot water
1/4tspground cinnamon
12ozmilkwarmed
Instructions
On the back burner, heat 1 1/2 cups of milk until bubbles begin to form.
When milk is almost ready, whip the coffee with sugar, cinnamon and hot water.
In a large cup, add 1 tablespoon of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon sugar, pinch of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon hot water. Using the milk frother, whip the coffee for 1-2 minutes. It should look caramel in color and be very thick and glossy. Pour hot milk into cup. Gently stir. Garnish with ground cinnamon.
Notes
Cold water doesn't work as well, but still taste delicious!
