An Apple a Day!
I personally think that apples are delicious. Any fresh apples make a healthy snack! Baking apples are tasty in desserts! Tart apples are perfect for savory dishes, such as Thanksgiving stuffing.

Take advantage of seasonal ingredients!
Apples, oranges and pomegranates are abundant and in season this time of the year. I incorporate them into as recipes or simply enjoy eating them as much as possible during this time.
